Our Founder

Daniella Koren

Daniella Koren


Daniella Koren is the founder and CEO of Arches Technology. Leading Arches for almost two decades, Daniella has overseen the company as it partnered with more than 50 of the leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare provider organizations.

Her passion for patient education, direct response marketing, technology and analytics has been the driving force in her career, and she has been honored with awards such as Top 50 NJBIZ Women. The company has also been recognized as one of the NJBIZ Top Workplaces and has earned over 60 industry awards for innovative work in the digital patient engagement sector. Arches has provided technology services in a wide array of healthcare verticals including oncology, women's health, cardiology, rare disease and specialty surgery.

Daniella has been a columnist for Market Health since 2012 and enjoys speaking about Patient Engagement at industry conferences. She also has found volunteering very rewarding, and was named 2010 Woman of the Year by the Westchester New York Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for her fundraising effort, "Dancing for a Cure." Over the past couple of years, Daniella has mentored many young entrepreneurs and startups, and sits on the NY Chapter board of Entrepreneur Organization (EO) while leading the NYC Accelerator Program (EOA). She recently joined the Board for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and is looking forward to being a member of the technology committee. Daniella has had a life-long passion for dance, and is a two-time Pro/AM American Smooth Ballroom World Champion.

Director, Consumer Engagement Strategy

Tommy Zambelli is the Director of Consumer Engagement Strategy at Arches Technology. He has over 13 years of experience in advertising/direct marketing. For the past 10 years, he has worked across numerous disease categories, launching over 15 CRM programs for multiple brands. Tommy has extensive experience working on launch products across CRM, web, and print. Prior to joining ARCHES, he worked with Draft FCB and Doremus. Tommy holds a BA from Pace University.

Yogesh Kumar Verma

Yogesh Kumar Verma

Tech Lead & Systems Architect

Yogesh Verma is the Director of Development at Arches Technology. He spearheads the technical design and system architecture for our website design initiatives as well as for our cloud-based healtcare Campaign Management Software platform, which enables easy development and management of communications to enhance the patient journey. Before joining Arches, Yogesh served as Senior Software Engineer at Compro Tehnologies and he holds an Enginerring degree from Lucknow University in India.

Dominick Cappuccilli

Dominick Cappuccilli

VP of Business Development

Dominick Cappuccilli is the Vice President of Business Development for Arches Technology. He joined the team in 2015 and has been actively leading the MyCareCompass project. Dominick has vast experience selling to and working with both individual providers and large health systems. Prior to his work with Arches, he worked on the Health Systems Team at ZocDoc, redesigning their sales outreach process and taking the organization's prospect engagement rate from 20% to over 50%. This helped the team double it's sales in just one year. The framework he set up is still used today. He attended Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School.
